Sweet X Manila | The Last Burger Run

When news came out that one of the local burger joints in Makati would be closing its old location after 12 years of serving their loyal customers, and today was the last chance to have that nostalgia again is something you had to do to support them. This was one of Sweet X Manila’s older branches. They’ve been in this location since opening it as their second store in 2014. Most of their current locations are now set indoors. This one had the outdoor feel to it, and yet the experience should be upgraded to be set indoors as well. Basically, they are moving this store to a location a few doors down on Jupiter Street.

Busog Meal | Breakfast Combo

Breakfast meals is a rare thing as something being sold as an instant meal, but 7 Eleven continue to pull punches and experiment trying new things that can be as they say “convenient” to have. With their Busog Meal range it was just the basic Filipino lunch meal that they continue to produce and adding a breakfast meal makes sense. They already have the breakfast omelette, but never a combo that features three viands with a rice. They’ve already have this for a while, but rarely everyone would even grab it for lunch as most in their minds this is ‘only for breakfast’ when you can also have it as a lunch meal as an alternative to not just be hindered in thinking this is only good to have in the morning.

04.01.2013 – A late evening dinner at TGI Friday’s is enough to for a successful day seeing a concert last night was enough to make everyone hungry. Of course this is not just an ordinary concert it’s the performance of Jars of Clay for the second time in the Philippines and this one looks mighty special. But more than enough food comes to mind after spending more than three hours in the concert that was rocked by Filipino bands as front act of the event. So dinning at TGI Fridays is an option to munch nearby post-concert excitement.
