McDo Philippines | JAKA 6780

03.18.2017 – There have been ten McDonald’s stores in the Makati area not including the one in Kings Court and in PRC.

I’ve dined in to almost all of these branches due to being a collector of their Happy Meal toys it became an essential to know the places where to get the toys that the ones are sold out.

But there’s one McDonald’s store I haven’t dined-in even though it’s just across another McDonald’s store that’s beside the PBCOM Tower.

Some said it’s a franchise owned and it’s one of the very few branches that is not open for 24 hours. This is the McDo that’s located at the 6780 JAKA building along Ayala Avenue.

Tropical Hut | Tuna Salad Perspectives!

03.16.2017 – When you look for an affordable meal as much we Flipinos have three things that comes to mind. They are affordability, quality, and something we can benefit from it.

In the case of quick dinner from last night it was unexpected that sometimes we put expectations on something we do not have any control.

We try to find affordable place to eat and at the same time hoping that what we’re getting will be satisfying our eyes as well as our stomach.

But that’s not the case and this is where expectations versus reality played when dining at Tropical Hut.

Fancy Burger | Going El Loco!

03.04.2017 – Last night’s dinner at Fancy Burgers was probably one of the highlights before heading at The Garden of Unearthly Delights.

The Adelaide Fringe has been happening since February 16th and it won’t wrap up until March 19th, which is one of the biggest events happening this side of South Australia.

The food at Fancy Burgers is Gluten Friendly as advertised and this is the second time having dined here since arriving in the second week of December 2016.

Definitely after having Outback Stack the last time exploring the spicy El Loco was next…

KFC Australia | The Zinger Lunch

02.04.2017 – Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) in Australia is more popular for its burgers and its core product which is its fried chicken.

It’s one of the very few inexpensive go to lunch meals if you’re on a budget for less than $10 Australian dollars, which was the best bargain if you’re Filipino living in a foreign land.

Unlike in the Philippines where when you talk about lunch there’s always rice involve, but just like the Americans the menu in Australia consists of what the basic meal they have minus the rice that's the usual meal if you’re an Asian or particularly a Filipino and that’s why having lunch at KFC involves a Zinger.

Maccas | Gourmet Grilled Chicken Salad

01.10.2017 – McDonald’s is widely known for its Burgers, Fries, and Happy Meals, but not about Salads and Wraps.

In Australia that’s entirely a different perspective when you talk about trying to eat healthy in a fast food restaurant.

But lately McDonald’s is Australia had kept their menu above that kind of food quality.

When you think of salads the first thought in mind was Wendy’s and when it was about wraps you got KFC.

But here in Australia McDonald’s or rather known as “Maccas” is thriving for you to take on their Gourmet Grilled Chicken Salad.

Quebec Fries | A Sinful Poutine

01.09.2017 – Quebec Fries is one of many establishments at City Cross in downtown Adelaide that serves unique but familiar meals. The company serves up some of the best from Canada and you can’t go wrong if you’re having a sinful Poutine that deserves a hearty spotlight out from the usual thing from fast food restaurants.

Though Quebec Fries has a limited list on their menu not to mention that their site is not active or even trying to research on the rest in social media can be a bit challenging let’s just stick to the basics.

We tried Poutine yesterday during lunch and it’s surprisingly it serves up two people which was originally served for one.
