Ajinomoto Umami Culinary Challenge 2014!

01.28.2014 – The annual Ajinomoto Umami Culinary Challenge started its competition as early as 7 AM divided into three categories. They are Best Filipino Umami Dish, My Umami Coach and I and the Umami Bento Meal competition. All three challenges was completed in the morning where all of their creations where exhibited at the hall 3 of SM SMX Convention Centre. The print and media had a chance to see these talented culinary experts go to work.

It has been part of your kitchen and it has been an “Essence of Taste” for many generations. Earlier today the brand has recently concluded the 4th and 4th implementation of the Umami Culinary Challenge which has become an annual event that promotes not only nutrition. But also giving the students a chance to challenge and push themselves in the arena of cooking.
