03.16.2017 – When you look for an affordable meal as much we Flipinos have three things that comes to mind. They are affordability, quality, and something we can benefit from it. In the case of quick dinner from last night it was unexpected that sometimes we put expectations on something we do not have any control. We try to find affordable place to eat and at the same time hoping that what we’re getting will be satisfying our eyes as well as our stomach. But that’s not the case and this is where expectations versus reality played when dining at Tropical Hut.

Hooray For Today: FREE Egg McMuffin!

03.17.2014 – McDonald’s has been organizing a Free McMuffin Day in promoting their breakfast menu for a while. When you talk about FREE Filipinos are a bit excessive that it’s like a zombie apocalypse is happening. But you know the word “Free” is a VERY strong word and everyone is there immediately. The Hooray for Today campaign has been running for the past years and McDonald’s breakfast is second to none. Well they still compete with the Philippines’ own fast food restaurant on a daily basis. But McDo has found their brand of serving you breakfast like it’s your go to menu in the morning.

01.12.2014 – If you’re tired of the usual conventional burger joint, and wanting to just spend a little than go to another expensive restaurant to have the beast meal. Yes… The “Beast Meal” of the day maybe Burger King might be right at your alley. They may not have the usual familiar meal that you’ve been consuming for the past months, but they have those iconic burgers who still continue to be relevant up to the present. Sometimes burgers being served and have them known for years are not the usual ones that you are some five years ago.

03.22.2013 – Burger King has been synonymous with the tagline “Have It Your Way!” when they first established their store in 1997 with “drink all you can” unlimited drinks that got the Philippines attention to the point that it became the not-so good side about some who abused it having to bring their own containers. Over the years the “drink all you can” concept was discontinued due to higher cost of having the service that actually made sense. The last time they had that particular service was over-the-counter in the mid-2000s to curb up the abuse having the beverage station separated from the counter.
