Lotteria Burger Lab | Korean Dining Experience

The Lotteria Burger Laboratory is Korea’s local fast-food restaurant that has been around since 2017 as a new concept. In other countries this is the counterpart for Burger King, McDonald’s, or even the Philippines’ Jollibee that serves their burgers while customers wait. The idea of fast service is a game changer with these types of restaurants. McDonald’s in the US and Europe started installing these bespoke touch screen tablets to order their food. Some argued that it spelled the end of working staffs taking your food orders, but that didn’t change it just became an additional option if the lines are long. This concept is different in Lotteria’s ideal way of servicing customers in one of their stores at Gimhae International Airport.

Kraze Burgers | One-Stop Quick Snack

Travelling back in Korea is different from eight years ago, and this time it’s more of responsibility for the business trip. The airline food is good to keep your tummy for the long travels in the sky. But this time landing on South Korea, particularly in Busan was quite an uncanny feeling coming back for so long. Of course, the long travel means there’s room for a late night quick bite dinner, and the fellow Korean who picked me up in airport said it is going to be a long drive that the airport have a burger joint unfamiliar to the foreign in me. Kraze Burgers is that place where it appears to be some generic Korean westernized fast food restaurant.

03.15.2011 - If anyone is n familiar with Top Mart its one of the the well known supermarkets in Korea. In the Philippines they have mini Top Mart located in Korean shops and bars. One branch is located somewhere in Makati, and that's why the logo is very much familiar. Last night I got to check out one of their largest branches in Bongpyeong in Tongyeong City. Its similar to Shopwise supermarkets in the Philippines, but mostly Korean food and other products are being sold.

03.14.2011 - Last night we had a let dinner at a nearby local store nearby Busan Station in Korea. The weather is cool and quite a simple night life experience this was after traveling for 3 hours and 20 minutes. Seriously we don't read Korean, but we had something good that is seafood.

Airline Food Served Above The Friendly Skies!

03.13.2011 - Ever wonder how airline food taste like? Rarely I see anyone writes about the food being served on board a plane. Well with the exception of domestic flights in the Philippines this one is about the food served through international flights. Traveling to Korea via Philippine Airlines was a first, and for almost four hours on the plane there's food to be served. In the first hour in mid-air travel Philippine Airlines served a meal, that you have choice to request for chicken or beef. The one served was with chicken with rice, and has desserts to go with it.
