Ajinomoto Umami Culinary Challenge 2014!

01.28.2014 – The annual Ajinomoto Umami Culinary Challenge started its competition as early as 7 AM divided into three categories. They are Best Filipino Umami Dish, My Umami Coach and I and the Umami Bento Meal competition. All three challenges was completed in the morning where all of their creations where exhibited at the hall 3 of SM SMX Convention Centre. The print and media had a chance to see these talented culinary experts go to work.
