From the get go it is highly suggested you may use Honey Oat or Parmesan Oregano as your base sandwich to host the ingredients to put together your Roasted Chicken. Of course, you have the option to choose also the other two sandwiches (White Italian or Wheat) as your added preference.
But the staff would offer the Honey Oat over the other three sandwiches as it is their bestseller and often most used sub for the Roasted Chicken. The sauce in general have so many to choose from, but often it is the customer’s discretion, which is available to pair up with the sub you ordered, and definitely you would expect the Curry Sauce to be in there along with what you want in this sub.
Just like in the Picture
The staff diligently wrap your sub the way most of they get to build for you, and it is worth noting how they carefully make sure it doesn’t break apart. They are now allowing customers to dine-in, but as always it is better to appreciate this in the comfort of your warm dining table.
You unwrap the sub and it is as close as the graphic from their menu board. It might not perfect but it is definitely close enough as sometimes image is everything, and sometimes you hope it would look like in their product image. This one certainly gives you that vibe to appreciate its preparation, well done Subway staff.
Greens that are Crunchy
You look in all the details for the ingredients stacked up just like the product photo, and how it is intact that was diligently prepared for you. Some are picky for their veggies but this one was requested all-out to be the way it is always should. Because when you order your food at Subway try all the veggies.
The colourful palette that has majority of greens certainly make this quite a nicely prepared sandwich. When you take the first bite it is like you get that feeling of satisfaction that you’re paying for good food with fresh ingredients that may not be consistent. But for this one they definitely got it right.
Overall the Curry Sauce was the plus for this Roasted Chicken, but this sub was everything that certainly was flavourful crunch to the first bite. Subway may not be the same as from Australia or Singapore, but in the Philippines when they get it right to prepare your sub it does give you the benefit that you are getting your money’s worth for a simple task with the careful preparation at the same time getting the best out of this Roasted Chicken was really good.
- Food Quality: 4 out of 5
- Affordability: B+
- Overall: Crunchy goodness and that Curry Sauce was a game changer.
