There are actually three snacks that also include the K-Style Egg Drop Sandwich and the K-Style Garlic Cream Cheese Bun that was not yet seen in the store shelves or their just really popular that people have already warmed up to these limited time only offers by 7 Eleven?
You can never stop having Korean inspired meals, and the K-Style Plant-Based Chicken Burger is the primary snack that spearhead this theme under the 7 Eleven Fresh brand, which is also the second plant-based burger to be offered by a local convenient store exclusively.
Chicken Mo 'to
Not everyone is a fan of a plant-based burger or sandwich, and with the current trend of fast food restaurants trying to offer healthy options a convenient store like 7 Eleven could be the only type of shop that has it that is probably blowing up the competition at the same time adding more diverse snacks to choose from.
But it would be best that 7 eleven could have also offered a ‘regular’ K-Style or even just a plain Chicken Burger to add more options. But you can understand that timing of the trend’s popularity at the same time adding a sub-theme to their known branding looks just right up their alley.
Save Veggie, Only Chicken
If you have the experience having their UnMeat Plant-Based Burger you’re probably familiar already having their Chicken Burger version. There’s no difference between the use of the ingredients only the core meat is different having Chicken instead of meat that seems quite an odd thing for those who are used to ‘normal’ chicken or beef burgers. But some similarities stop there with the concept.
The sauce adds flavour to the slightly ‘not chicken’ meat and it is something to try out. It would be great if they added a spicy version. This one goes well if you add Sriracha sauce and it gives you a whole new taste on their K-Style Chicken Burger.
Overall this was just recently released and it was already been seen as an underrated product aside from the other two that was presented under this theme. The K-Style Plant-Based Chicken Burger has potential, and some have not heard about it until they get their hand on it. For now, this was a good burger and adding a hot sauce was really that good.
- Food Quality: 4 out of 5
- Affordability: B-
- Overall: Underrated Plant-Based Chicken Burger that needs to be Spicy.
