Kraze Burgers | One-Stop Quick Snack

Travelling back in Korea is different from eight years ago, and this time it’s more of responsibility for the business trip. The airline food is good to keep your tummy for the long travels in the sky.

But this time landing on South Korea, particularly in Busan was quite an uncanny feeling coming back for so long.

Of course, the long travel means there’s room for a late night quick bite dinner, and the fellow Korean who picked me up in airport said it is going to be a long drive that the airport have a burger joint unfamiliar to the foreign in me. Kraze Burgers is that place where it appears to be some generic Korean westernized fast food restaurant.

In some ways this is quite an incognito moment to ever dine-in a burger restaurant, and based on their portfolio they are aiming to be more than just another ‘burger restaurant’ which seem to be interesting for someone who haven’t set foot to Korea in almost a decade. Honestly, there was something more to explore in this country, but that is for another time.

This is a quick dine-in moment and why not take the time to discover a fast food restaurant that’s not from the US or some parts outside of the world. But this is an original Korean burger joint that aims to be healthy as what they claim to be. But this need more research regarding their place in the burger restaurant hierarchy in Korea.

The Beer is the Standout

The moment you look at their menu the first you see is beer. Yes, they have then in their menu few burger restaurants outside Korea would have. It’s unique already in a sense this is not your usual American fast food restaurant, and they are already veering away from that whimsical place for children.

This is a burger restaurant aimed at casual diners, and that means kiddie-related aesthetics is not what they’re aiming for, but being a ‘healthy’ place despite serving alcohol and with that some might say they’re sold in having its unique look it.

Self-Service: Clean as Leave

The standout with Kraze Burgers beside that they serve alcohol and the plethora of healthy food on their menu, but also the people who dine in the restaurant. They know that they have responsibility for their leftovers and they dispose them on their own and not waiting for the staff to clean up where the customers have seated.

They say image is anything, but responsible customers showing they can be good as the store itself that the environment and value is still part of the Korean culture without the need the comparison to some country in Southeast Asia.

That Krazee Chicken

It wasn’t enough to capture everything around Kraze Burgers and the Chicken Sandwich was not even in detail as we’re pressed for time to just get things doen and head to Uslan where I’m headed. But this sandwich was real good, and if I’ve known they served alcohol that would be a good pair.

But it’s all good to appreciate this one just to get a sample of one of their favourite menu items that had more veggies than the usual burger back in Manila. It’s quite good and the spicy sauce to be impressively stingy.

Overall Kraze Burgers at the Gimhae International Airport was really clean, and the staff was attentive, but a bit rushed as most travelers stepping out the plane went heading in this place. Without a doubt this is quite Kraze to be having late night dinner after that long plane trip.

Kraze Burgers has more than a hundred stores in South Korea, and some have opened up in other countries. For more about their menu and store localtion follow them on their social media via Facebook and Instagram!
