Makati Street Meet | Odds & Ends Sunday

Makati Street events has been a local fixture in the city as part of a mini-fiesta of food and music. The Paseo de Roxas near the Ayala Triangle Gardens is closed off giving way to this festivity that happens on a Sunday. This depends on the organizers how they plan to set this up, but due to that the Holiday season is just a month away it has become a regular happening already. The weekends are usually reserved to families mostly Sunday and the city is taking advantage of this moment to have the Makati Street Meet that also invited a gathering to the people around passing through just to find something to experience. This the case with this late afternoon market aside from the regular Sunday and Saturday Markets in the morning giving way to this event later in the day.

Bing Boy: Urban Asian Food Experience!

12.28.2013 – Bing Boy is one of the new food establishments that are getting some interesting feedback from local foodies in Australia. They are a new company that opened in 2011 that brings a fresh food experience defined being Asian inspired. They are opening new stores left and right bringing authentic Urban Asian Street Food to Australia. They have opened a branch already at Myers Centre’s food court in Rundle Mall. There will be three more branches opening in the next two months in South Australia.

Enderun 101 Restaurant's Special Menu!

05.22.2012 – We recently had our tummies full thanks to Enderun 101 Restaurant where the Bausch + Lomb held a press launch and announced opening a Philippine office to deliver eye health solutions to doctors and patients. Certainly there was no medical help here when they held the event at the posh X Masion-like school for the gifted people who know how to cook at Enderun University located way past Venice Piazza beside the Accenture office in McKinley Hill. There was already a menu for the guest to choose for the main course.

03.23.2012 – Are you looking to have a great tasting meal during lunch time? Shakey’s has been in the Philippines and was originally founded in Sacramento California, USA in 1954. They opened their restaurant in the Philippines back in the 1970s. Today it has 500 stores globally and its one of the pioneer pizza chains in the country. We sample some of their well known meals and desserts in their Gaisano Mall branch down south of Davao City. The usual mood in their restaurant is relaxing and accommodating as their waiters can be. We had spaghetti and chicken as our lunch earlier today.

The party didn’t start until 8PM and food was served with selected beverages ranging from orange juice to the finest wine ever served. Of course the party won’t be lively without the people from different parts of industry. The event was graced by individuals from the socialites to the personalities of the entertainment circle. There are also the people from the media of traditional print and internet medium.
