Roasted Chicken (Lechon Manok) is one the most famous dish in the Philippines, and just next to the roasted pig (Lechon Bsboy) to have during lunch time or on occasional events or parties included in the menu. It is not rare to have Roasted Chicken as many establishments have tried their hand in creating their own brand. Recently, outside of the Makati CBD a new food establishment named Mang Cesar opened their newest branch. They have other several branches all over Metro Manila and this one opened last 22 July 2022.
