| Fried Gyōza is a Japansese variant of a Chinese Dumpling known as Jiaozi, which has become a staple favourite dish all over Asia. Its popularity has produced variations and interpretations of other countries that included Japan as mentioned, which in time became a part of a menu in some food establishments in the Philippines.
With SM Market’s Save More continuous expansion and evolution in making their in-house rice meals that would include a Gyōza dish that would be either served for dine-in or by take away was included in their menu. Though most would pay for a Veggie Lumpia or a Turon snack, this was surprisingly popular to some who have no time to look for a dish elsewhere. But of course you got to try and give your own experience having it.
