Besides the Big Mac, the next big burger from McDonald’s is their Quarter Pounder that doesn’t need no explanation. It is a heavy burger having a thick patty and two slices of melted cheese on top and below the patty. The usual ingredients you’ll find in their burgers are the onions, and pickles that most Filipinos are not a fan of.
It’s a premium burger only wrapped on the usual way to keep it for take away. The usual colours of the newly re-branded McDonald’s packaging is obvious change from late 2021 as everything is not simplified graphic to identify what you ordered.
Medium Pounder
In comparison with the Bic Mac the diameter and size of this Quarter Pounder is slightly superior. But not bigger in comparison to other fast food restaurants that really makes you experience thinking that you might not be able to finish it.
The thick beefy patty is the core of the sandwich and it is the one that would give you the flavours of what is a Quarter Pounder is from McDonald’s. The sheer melted cheese is something too with that visual perspective it is already melted if you ordered it for take away rather than having it for a dine-in experience.
Hefty Burger
It is just a burger, though you might not mistake it for a Burger McDo for how the Quarter Pounder is superior in every way you’ve gotten the usual sandwich. It is one of McDonald’s famed burgers, and if you haven’t had one you’ll probably be missing out on what the American burger is comparing it to their localized sandwich.
It might not be like the Big Mac, but it is an original product that other fast food chain has tried and re-invented their version that clearly is just the same name. But not the way it taste like. This Quarter Pounder ain’t dry, but it has enough cheese for you.
Overall it is a burger for those looking for something to have that’s not a rice meal, and it is quite the challenge to even finish it for those who don’t eat that much. Though not everyone are into burgers, but this is surely a Quarter Pounder that will fill your lunch time when you’re short for time.
- Food Quality: 4 out of 5
- Affordability: B+
- Overall: No need for fries and dreink when you have a beefy burger.
