Hotta Rice | Pork Liempo

You got to have a Liempo or Pork Belly once in a while. It is a favourite dish that is the fattiest cut with alternating layers of meat and fat, making it the most flavorful of the pork cuts. This is also one of the famous Filipino cuisine marinated in a mixture of crushed garlic, vinegar, salt, and pepper before being grilled.

7 Eleven also have this in the Hotta Rice budget meal not to be mistaken with the Big Time Meals version of the Grilled Liempo, which is also offered for a slightly higher budget. This version, however is sliced into strips of Liempo and is a crowd pleaser often sold out in most branches and rarely stocked due to demand.
