Meatballs are a personal favourite, it is either with Sweet & Sour Sauce or prepared as Swedish Meatballs they are something you don’t have every day. IKEA tops them all now that they have Plant-Based versions that can be also purchased to take home and have them at the confines of your dining table. 7-Eleven has just recently launched its plant-based take on the meatballs as part of the Rice Meal Express range, which was originally composed of breakfast rice meals. But this one comes as a coincidence together with the Arroz a la Cubana that preceded these two types of viand was kind of similar to what Shopwise Supermarket has.

With so many convenient stores offering their take on some famous rice meal dishes, you might rarely stumble upon bigger supermarkets that offer the same alternative at an affordable price that is just right if you know where to look. This past week was quite a discovery by accident and its popularity is taking off. Shopwise is best known for being a big grocery offering products and even ingredients to make your food. But offering rice meals was not one of them, and it was quite a surprise that something like this would find its way to their Deli area, which is a newly renovated image for Shopwise that’s been around.
